USPS, UPS or Fedex

All products are custom made once order is placed.  Orders are made in the order they are received and an order may take up to 2 weeks once it is started not from date order was placed.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from date of sale on all items with the following exceptions:

  • No returns accepted on clearance or discontinued items.
  • Sale items may only be returned in exchange for something of equal value or be credited toward the purchase on items of greater value.
  • No return on any items required cut to lengths, or special order items - all sales are final.
  • Bownet Remote Triggers are considered custom order items and cannot be returned for a refund.
  • No returns on products that contain how-to plans as part of the purchased items.
  • At our discretion, we may accept returns in special circumstances with a 25% restocking and labor fees PLUS actual shipping costs.
