SALES TAX:
Wisconsin residents pay 5.50% sales tax.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For our international customers - we cannot guarantee international shipping because we can neither insure nor track the shipment. Once the package is dropped off at the post office, we have no control over its delivery.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee from date of sale on all items with the following exceptions:

• No returns accepted on clearance or discontinued items.
• Sale items may only be returned in exchange for something of equal value or be credited toward the purchase on items of greater value.
• No return on any items required cut to lengths, or special order items - all sales are final.
• Bownet Remote Triggers are considered custom order items and cannot be returned for a refund.
• No returns on software items. They may be returned in exchange for a working copy of the same items.
• No returns on products that contain how-to plans as part of the purchased items.
• At our discretion, we may accept returns in special circumstances with a 25% restocking and labor fees PLUS actual shipping costs.

You must posses the proper state and federal falconry and/or banding permits to trap raptors in the United States. It's the buyer's responsibility to know the law governing his/her state's falconry regulations.

For your safety when using these bownets, compound-bownets, and/or remote triggers.

• ALWAYS set the net from outside the hoops.
• ALWAYS be aware of the trigger line or trigger mechanism.
• ALWAYS instruct observers to stay away from the release Point the line out to them every time you go to the bownet.
• NEVER bend over into a set bownet.
• ALWAYS have the safety hook on when you need to be inside the bownet or within reach of the moving hoop and always kneel down or keep your profile low when you go into the net for any reason.
• NEVER reach inside or bend over into the Compound-Bownet unless the safety hook is inplace.
